Brent Cunningham, an IRONMAN University Certified Coach, is offering coaching services for all levels of athletes. Coaching consists of training plans as well as strength workouts, race nutrition strategies and drills to improve technique and efficiency. In addition to coaching plans with options for unlimited coaching support, Brent is also offering customized 70.3 and 140.6 distance training plans for athletes that want one-time rather than ongoing expertise and support. Coaching services are offered at a discount to Renegade Endurance members.
A custom training plan will be built for each athlete based on their training schedules, athletic background, experience in the sport, strengths, weaknesses, goals, race day and number of weeks available to train. Each athlete will complete a questionnaire which will be used to build a unique training plan designed to improve your performance.
24-week training plans are available for intermediate 70.3 and 140.6 athletes.
