Levi McNeely has been doing triathlons for 5 years. His journey began in his college days at Purdue University, which hosts a sprint distance and olympic distance triathlon every year. Levi and a group of his friends decided to take on the challenge of their first sprint triathlon together ‐ and all succeeded in the Spring of 2012. After the Boiler Sprint was over, Levi kept chasing the next race and triathlon quickly became his passion.
Since 2012, Levi has competed in dozens of Sprint Distances, Olympic Distances, IRONMAN 70.3's, and an IRONMAN 140.6. Recently, Levi has taken on the challenge of ultra running - finishing 3 ultra marathons of various distances. While being relatively new to the sport, Levi loves to get others involved in a more healthy lifestyle ‐ even his Dad has taken up running. He believes that Renegade Endurance is the perfect way to promote an active lifestyle and to prove that an individual sport, such as triathlon, can have an impactful team‐like atmosphere. Levi is an Electrical Engineer for a power company in Northwest Florida where he takes full advantage of training outside year‐round.
